Our Board of Directors strives to maintain diversity and complementary competencies in order to obtain balanced informed decisions and the effective management of Abbeyfield PEC.
Contributing to these efforts is a Directors’ participation in completing a self-assessment to determine how your background, expertise and experiences complement the other members of the Board of Directors.
We are asking all potential applicants to the board of directors to complete the skills matrix to provide the Nomination Committee with appropriate foundational knowledge to begin discussions with candidates on their fit, expertise, and experience and how that would be an asset to the board of directors.
